There is terror of monkeys in Aliganj town of Etah. On Friday, monkeys took out one lakh rupees from the trunk of the bike of a farmer who had come to get the deed of sale done in the old tehsil and blew it away. As soon as the notes started raining, the lawyers present there and their clerks started collecting them. The farmer got the entire amount back except one note.
Sarvesh resident of village Nagla Kesari had come to Aliganj tehsil on Friday afternoon to get the deed of a land done. Was talking to his lawyer. Two bundles of Rs 500 notes were kept in the trunk of the bike. Then suddenly the monkey took out the bundles. Holding a wad of notes in his hands, the monkey sat on top of the advocates’ chamber building. People kept making all efforts to get the bundles returned from them for about half an hour. When Sarvesh gave bananas to the monkey, the monkey threw one wad of notes, while the monkey threw the other wad in the air.
As soon as it jumped, it rained notes in the Tehsil premises. The notes fell on the ground and scattered. The advocates and their assistants collected the notes one by one and returned them to the farmer. Sarvesh told that out of one lakh rupees, not a single note of Rs 500 could be found.
